1. AICOL is financially secure because we own our premises and do not pay rent.
2. Our premises are not mortgaged. We have no bank overdraft facility.
3. All furniture and fittings are owned by AICOL - we do not have any lease or hire purchase obligations.
4. Tuition fees for student visa students are placed in a trust account and drawn down only after the lesson has been delivered to the student.
5. All homestay money is held in a trust account and is paid to the homestay family week by week. We do not run AICOL business on homestay fees.
