*You will be in a relaxed yet challenging atmosphere in the English class you are placed in with other international students of around the same English level.
*The after class activities provide a chance to communicate with your classmates and other international students in a more informal, fun way.

AICOL runs classes for kids from 6 years of age, for primary school kids, high school, and a large number of English Courses for adults.

Camp students can join our regular classes if their English is good enough.  All students are tested on arrival.   18 classrooms.

All students are given a selected placement test on arrival. You are placed in a class appropriate to your age, and English ability. Maximum 15 students per class.

Fun packed activities are included 6 days a week accompanied by our staff – nature, adventure, culture. Click on the links below to see the activities.

All students attending Summer Camp activities MUST return on the bus to Welch Street.
This policy is required for student safety and operational management.

TYPICAL ITINERARY FOR SUMMER CAMP WEEK 1

SUNDAY – ARRIVAL DAY Mini bus transfer direct to homestay family. Spend day with host family. You may have a single bed or bunk bed depending on the family arrangements. All families have been inspected by AICOL school Homestay Coordinator and all families hold a positive police clearance “Blue Card” for working with children. Spend day with host family

MONDAY –   Breakfast with homestay family (example: cereal with milk, toast, yogurt) Homestay family transport to school and provides small morning tea and homestay lunch (sandwich, fruit)
Dinner- varies – meat/fish, vegetables/salad, rice/spaghetti
08:30 Welecome,  Test, Orientation, Class Placement into international classes based on test results.  This gives a more serious study opportunity than the a study tour where all the students are of the same nationality and are in the same class even though they have different English levels.
